As an ex-secret shopper, I'm very picky about where I eat. This LJS is fantastic in cleanliness, friendliness, and food. The lobby and bathrooms were spotless and appeared to have a solid detail clean. Karla (I think she's either a manager or lead) was welcoming and patient with me. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful... even the waffle fries were great, which can get gross quickly! If I'm ever in Morehead, this is my go-to spot for good people and great food!
Drive thru for some quick meals for the family. The lady taking orders and working the window was so helpful and the best customer service I've had for a very long time. Appreciate these workers they're hard to come by these days. I didn't catch her name but she was definitely a people person.
Very delicious food, staff was extremely friendly, the only downside was the pop wasn’t very good but to my understanding they were having issues with the machines so I can’t fault them for that at all! Overall probably the best Long John Silvers I’ve ever ate at!
New management is great! You can tell she is trying to pull it all together! Her staff was friendly and polite and the store was very clean. Food was hot and fresh and love the waffle fries!!!!! Can't find waffle fries many places. Oh and the new captain crunch milkshake was delicious!
This is the place to go they are so kind, and we are thankful for their kindness and fast service. We were their for my aunts 93rd birthday this is her favorite place to eat. Our aunt eats here every year for her birthday. That says a lot. we were taking pics, and they never had a problem with us, and the manager was kind enough to take a family pic for us. This was on May 10,2025, at around 11:30/ 12:00. So if you'rere in the area, stop in and eat the service fast and kind. Again, thank you all for helping us make here day special.
Staff was so polite, very friendly the girl at the counter was smiling and you could tell she was happy with her job. Food was delicious. I got the fish and shrimp platter and it was hot and fresh!!! Store was clean.
Best Long John's I've been to in a long time. Slaw was one point. Customer service was beyond exceptional!!! Grilled shrimp and salmon and the burger from A&W were very good!!! PUMPKIN PIE CHEESECAKE
